Miejsce pracy: woj. opolskie
- Documentation. Supports in providing technical documentation on realized modules, products, processes or data following internal standards. Creation of process documentation – BPA. Creation of process documentation for developers – Playbook Assessment,
- Information gathering and collection from various stakeholders across all IT areas in regards to processes
- Process documentation and analysis from different IT areas and departments.
- Product, Process and Data Development. Under guidance of more senior developers, assists in the development, configuration, integration and testing of basic modules, products, processes or data including hardware, software, operating systems, firmware and BIOS, in line with agreed timelines and level of quality as well as with internal and external development standards. The tasks are carried out with significant degree of supervision.
- Maintenance. Supports in providing maintenance and where applicable Back Level support including problem solving for the own modules and if necessary for foreign components. Escalates complex problems to more senior colleagues. Any other adhoc activities requested by the team or management.
- Knowledge and ability to use comfortably of MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
- Ability to create visual diagrams in MS Visio/Confluence,
- Technical Expertise. Takes responsibility for improving and extending his knowledge in his area of expertise and networking with more senior colleagues. Maintains his skill profile up- to-date. Basic coding knowledge.
