We are a fast-growing company specializing in self-service facilities located in shopping centers and street retail. As part of our expansion into new markets, we are looking for a highly motivated Country Manager to lead the launch and growth of our operations in Poland. This is a new and exciting position with great opportunities for professional growth and impact.

Location: Katowice

Job description

Identify and secure new locations in shopping centers and on the streets of Poland, specifically in Krakow and Katowice regions.
Negotiate and finalize contracts for new store locations.
Assess the technical requirements for each new store site.
Oversee the construction process for new stores, managing the construction team.
Handle operational tasks, such as hiring cleaning personnel, contracting cash collection services, and establishing security agreements.

Requirements

Proven experience in scouting real estate opportunities.
Solid understanding of local commercial real estate.
Strong negotiation skills.
Project management experience, particularly in the retail sector.
Experience in expanding a retail network, with responsibility for increasing the number of store locations.
