Customer Service Specialist with Ukrainian and English

Job description:
- Customer service for a well-known clothing brand and maintaining the highest quality of customer service in line with project standards
- Efficient customer contact through phone, email, social media, live chat
- Positive, empathetic, and professional approach to customers
- Providing reliable and accurate information in response to customer questions and problems
- Active communication within the team and support for team members
- Supervising complaints and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintaining high quality of assigned tasks in customer contact
Requirements:
- Ukrainian skills - minimum C1, English skills - minimum B2 (both verbal and written)
- Experience in customer service or similar work is preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Availability for shift work: Monday - Friday 8:00-16:00/11:00-19:00 and weekends 9:00-17:00 (work 5 days a week, only 3 weekend days a month)
