- policy administration: membership change requests handling, invoicing handling
- assisting consultants with other policy administration related activities, such as policy renewals and others
- communication materials, policy documentation and other associated queries handling
- handling Aon’s data portal - Greater Insight, where you will input new client’s policy data and update existing clients’ policy data
- ensuring all information stored in the system is accurate and up to date
- working with the whole team to maintain high quality and delivery within SLAs
- participating in projects aimed at Team’s process improvement
Experience and general skills that will lead to success
- excellent English and Swedish, you need to be at least B2+ (C1 preferably) because youll be corresponding with clients
- good organizational skills – youll need to balance various tasks and projects at the same time while handling time optimally
- very good communication skills as it drives teamwork, results delivery, and client value creation no matter what business field you are in
- proficiency in MS Office – mainly advanced Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- high attention to details and strong problem-solving skills
