ITC Junior Accountant
You will be responsible for executing accounting operations related to customer payments, financial documentation, and reporting. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service, compliance with internal controls, and contribute to process improvements and internal projects.
- Issuing financial documents (invoices, credit notes, debit notes)
- Posting incoming payments and resolving unallocated cash items
- Preparing outgoing payments to customers
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Preparing and analyzing various financial reports
- Ensuring high quality of performed tasks
- Supporting process improvements and automation initiatives
- Participating in internal projects
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and J-SOX rules
Education, Master, other certification:
- Relevant secondary education (e.g. Economics Technical School or post-secondary accounting training)
- Experience in accounting operations preferred but not required
- Good MS Office skills
- Knowledge of SAP ERP package is a plus
- Fluent English
- Additional European language is an asset
- Understanding of accounting principles
- High level of customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
