About this opportunity
Welcome to the Service Excellence team. We add value by improving HR Services. As Power Platform Junior Developer, Lodz, Warszawa, Gdansk, Gdynia you’ll play a valuable role in the process of digitalization our HR processes.
What you’ll be doing:
developing new applications within Microsoft Power Platform which support our HR processes,
collaborating with People Professionals to collect requirements & needs for new tools,
automating repetitive tasks for operational teams,
maintaining existing solutions,
exploring & identifying opportunities for future improvements,
sharing knowledge with other solution developers,
implementing agile approach in the development.
You’ll join a Service Excellence team which brings HR processes to the next level. The role is based in Gdańsk; Gdynia; Warsaw; Łódź.

are a self-learner willing to become an expert in Power Platform and Microsoft 365 environment.
are a good listener and that you can transform business requirements into digital solutions,
Your experience and background:
experience in Power Apps / Power Automate,
basic knowledge of programming (HTML, CSS, JS, JSON),
interest in User Experience,
problem solving mindset,
English on communicative level (at least B1),
HR experience is not required.
