Company Representative in a Recruitment Agency
- Actively acquiring new business clients interested in recruitment services (B2B).
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key business partners.
- Analyzing client needs and presenting tailored recruitment solutions.
- Negotiating terms of cooperation and preparing commercial offers.
- Monitoring the market and identifying new business opportunities.
- Coordinating recruitment projects in cooperation with internal recruitment teams.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry.
- Proven track record in acquiring and developing business client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills (examples of success are welcome).
- Ability to independently manage the entire sales process from first contact to contract signing.
- A proactive attitude and strong focus on achieving ambitious sales goals.
- Fluent in English and Polish (knowledge of Russian or any other EU language is a strong asset).
- Category B driving license and willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
