Control Room Supervisor

Are you skilled in management and planning of Inbound and Outbound processes in the Warehouse? Well, you may be the individual we are looking for.
- Organizing, supporting and controlling the inbound, outbound or QM processes (including FTE planning to ensure the achievement of the capacity plan and targets)
- Team management
- Compliance with SLAs and cut-off times
- Monitoring and control of the order flow (wave planning)
- Troubleshooting and analysis of faults in different areas of Warehouse
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of WCS/SCADA
- Regular preparation of evaluations and reports
- Ensuring smooth flow and correct processes in Warehouse
- 1 year of experience in Operations Management role
- Minimum secondary education
- Desirable master’s degree in Logistics, Economics or related fields
- Knowledge of WMS systems
- Good knowledge of MS Office apps, in specific MS Excel
- Strategic business planning and goal setting skills
- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Leadership skills
- Communicative level of English
- Good communication skills and customer focused orientation
