We are hiring for the role of Customer Service Consultant, where your main responsibility will be to provide excellent service to our customers, including responding to phone and email enquiries and building long-term relationships.
- Providing professional hotline service and contacting customers by phone and email.
- Building positive, lasting relationships with consumers.
- Ensuring that hotline procedures are followed and objectives are met.
- Collaborating with the team and achieving set targets.
- Is fluent in Romanian - our prerequisite!
- Has ease of communication and good diction.
- Has well-developed interpersonal skills and enjoys working with people.
