Customer Service Specialist with French
Tasks:
- Providing the highest level of customer service;
- Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the Client and management;
- Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
- Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
- Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.
To be successful in the role you need:
- Language: Proficiency in French (C1) and English (C1);
- Experience: Customer Service experience is mandatory, cool if you have experience in sales;
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
- Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic;

- Independence AND ability to work with minimal supervision;
