Customer Support Specialist (Armenian + English)
- Providing customer support in Armenian and English
- Supporting customers via email and phone
- Assisting with troubleshooting medical devices related to diabetes care
- Handling complaints, returns and equipment replacements according to company procedures
- Updating customer information and maintaining accurate records in internal systems
- Armenian: C1/C2
- English: B2+ (daily communication, internal training)
- Customer service experience is welcome but not required — full training provided
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Strong communication skills, empathy, responsibility and good organization
- Attention to detail
- Independence and problem-solving ability
- Interest in medical/health products
- Employment contract or Contract of mandate (ideal for students)
