Customer technical support specialist with Czech
- Manage and resolve all all inbound and outbound phone calls, emails and chats with precision and care.
- Quickly Identifying and resolving troubleshooting product issues.
- Prepare comprehensive reports that outline technical challenges for service technicians.
- Check and prepare the resolution process of customers technical issues.
- Assist customers with both warranty and out-of-warranty services, such as Fixed Price Repair, Extended Warranty, and Spare Parts.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in Czech (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
- Great interest in new technologies.
- At least 6 months of experience handling claims and consumer complaints.
- Solid understanding of Windows and MS Office.
- Employment contract with a full-time position.
