Digital Operator Platform Director
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on delivering strategic results.
- Strong technical expertise in digital platform management, including cloud services and microservices architecture.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
- 10+ years in IT, including 3+ years in leadership roles managing large-scale digital platforms.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and microservices technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Prior experience in the telecommunications or related industry is advantageous.
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the DOP platform roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and financial targets. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities leveraging platform capabilities.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure 24/7 system availability and stability, overseeing technical infrastructure, cloud services, and microservices architecture. Drive Agile development and platform maintenance for optimal efficiency.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and innovation across internal and external stakeholders.
- Budget & Compliance: Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Oversee compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote platform optimization, process simplification, and adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
