F&A Process Consultant (Bank Processing and AR Subledger Closing)

- Acting as a consultant for given AR processes – Bank Processing and AR Subledger Closing. This includes posting & uploading of bank statements, Autobank and EBS processing, Subledger AR vs GL reconciliation & accruals and provisions.
- Active support for Process Owner in terms of organization of abovementioned processes,
- Supporting analysis of differences between as is and to be processes and providing solutions for effective transformation of the processes,
- Identifying technical problems and cooperating with Key Users to develop solutions to support business objectives,
- Contributing to creation, update & review of documentation of standard processes (process framework) for new and existing business processes,
- Working with cross-functional teams to coordinate and streamline business processes,
- Watching the standards, defining exceptions and permanently support of improving them,
- Supporting in defining adequate KPIs for the purpose of standard maintenance.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economy or related field preferred,
- Good knowledge of accounting procedures, policies, regulations and rules; understanding of accounting principles,
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting, with focus on Bank Processing and AR Subledger Closing processes,
- Knowledge of month end closing procedure/s & Autobank tool
- Project management skills,
- E2E thinking and great analytical skills,
- High organizational skills,
- Strong Excel skills and good SAP knowledge.
