Head of Marketing

This is a build-and-own role, not a maintain-and-report one. As Head of Marketing, you’ll decide where the budget goes, which channels win, and how fast we scale web acquisition across a multi-product Business Unit. You set the strategy—nobody hands it to you.
Your portfolio: 6+ cross-platform apps across web, iOS, and Android. ChatOn, an AI chatbot assistant with 100M+ downloads, is your anchor product—one of AIBY’s flagship apps by both revenue and downloads—and you’ll keep scaling it while picking up earlier-stage products and turning them into the next ChatOn.
From day one, you’ll lead a team of up to 10 direct reports, including User Acquisition and ASO Managers, and build the performance marketing function that drives real, measurable growth for the Business Unit. You’ll report directly to the Business Unit CEO.
- Own Performance Marketing for the Business Unit end to end: strategy, budget, priorities, results
- Make web acquisition the main growth priority while mobile keeps growing at pace
- Decide how budget gets allocated across products, channels and geographies, and back those decisions with numbers
- Own unit economics: plan it, forecast it, hit it
- Run ASO as part of one acquisition engine, not a side function
- Hire, coach and raise the bar for your Marketing team
- Squeeze more out of every channel, audience, creative and funnel—testing never stops
- Make Creative and UA work as one team, not two
- Partner with Product and Growth on what actually moves acquisition, activation and monetization
- Build the reporting and processes that let everything scale without you in every meeting
- 5+ years in Performance Marketing, with hands-on ownership of User Acquisition for subscription-based products, both mobile and web
- 3+ years in a leadership role with direct accountability for growth metrics— revenue, CAC, ROMI
- Confirmed cases of scaling web acquisition—numbers you can talk through, not just channels you’ve touched
- Channel mastery: Google, Meta, TikTok, Applovin and beyond. You can walk into any ad account, read what’s wrong, and tell the team exactly how to fix it
- Deep understanding of unit economics, attribution, forecasting, and marketing analytics
- Experience owning significant marketing budgets, from allocation to defending the numbers behind it
- Leadership experience with direct reports—you’ve hired, mentored, and made hard calls when needed. You know what a high bar looks like, and you hold it
- A real slice of AIBY’s entire portfolio in your hands—6+ cross-platform apps out of 70+ across the company, anchored by the flagship app by both revenue and downloads. Mature product, proven demand, real budget. We move at scale
