H&S Specialist
- Ensure implementation and application of CEVA H&S policies, procedures and tools
- Conduct and/or organise trainings (mandatory H&S and fire protection, and on CEVA internal policies)
- Ensure work incidents are reported and investigated according to CEVA and country legislation
- Control and audit health and safety conditions and compliance with applicable regulations and CEVA procedures
- Provide accurate and timely data on H&S performance and results
- Analyse results in search of root causes and improvement. Suggest and follow up improvement action on H&S
- Ensure communication, awareness raising, increase knowledge actions, share good practices to improve health and safety in the company
- Provide consultation for prospect business development and/or changes in current processes in area of H&S, fire protection, dangerous goods area. Obtain external opinions and expertise if needed
- Supervise and communicate with CEVA external advisors, consultants on H&S related topics
- Communicative knowledge of English language
- High-level education in area of H&S or fire safety or dangerous goods
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 standards
- Min. 3 years of experience in similar positions
- Good communication and training skills
- Driving license
- Skills in organisation and coordination of several tasks
