For our Client, a European organization in the security sector, we are recruiting candidates for the position of:
IT Assistant
About the role
The role involves assisting with the administration of IT systems, supporting end users, maintaining data and IT resources, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day IT services at dedicated Unit within an international organization.
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Salary: PLN 7650 - 8500 gross
Responsibilities:
- Providing support and user access management across multiple IT systems;
- Processing and monitoring incoming IT service requests and IT-related reports;
- Supporting end users with hardware, software and Microsoft Office-related issues;
- Assisting with incident diagnosis and maintaining databases accuracy;
- Supporting inventory management of IT equipment and testing organization-specific IT systems.
Requirements:
- Secondary or higher education, preferably in Information Technology;
- Very good written and spoken English (minimum B2);
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support, computer networks and systems, software maintenance, or ICT inventory/warehouse management;
- Experience supporting users, troubleshooting IT issues, and working with PCs, peripherals, networks, and MS Office;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, related technologies, and computer hardware (including PCs and printers);
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Acrobat Pro) or Microsoft Publisher;
- Willingness and ability to perform physical tasks when required;
- Experience in ICT equipment, accessories, and spare parts inventory management is an advantage;
- Knowledge of another EU language is an asset.
