IT Helpdesk Specialist
Warsaw
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to computer hardware and internal applications;
- Preparing agents computers for work;
- Basic configuration of servers, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi networks;
- Understanding IT infrastructure monitoring and analysis mechanisms;
- Working in accordance with standards such as ITIL, PRINCE, ISO 9000, and ISO 27000;
- Collaboration with an international support team.
- You are fluent in English (B2) and Polish (C1);
- You have knowledge of computer hardware and basic configuration elements;
- You have experience configuring MS Outlook, Teams, and MS Word and Excel functions;
- You are familiar with server configuration and LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi network maintenance.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8 hours per day);
- Work in our new office in Warsaw;
- Contarct of employment or contract of mandate (for students under 26).
