IT Process & Stakeholder Expert
- Own and manage the Jira board: refine tickets, define timelines, prioritize backlog, and report progress.
- Analyze and improve operational processes for efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Lead change management: collect and evaluate requests, define requirements, present to the Change Control Board, and track outcomes.
- Act as the escalation point for CEVA IT locally and globally.
- Advise stakeholders, secure approvals, and coordinate across BS teams and third parties.
- Ensure effective communication, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Functional knowledge of IT systems and distribution operations.
- Proven experience in process management, change management, and multi-site environments.
