Manual QA Engineer
- Perform comprehensive manual testing across various types, including functional, regression, integration, compatibility, and usability testing.
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and checklists based on product requirements and design specifications.
- Actively participate in requirements analysis and design reviews to identify potential quality issues early in the development lifecycle.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with high precision, providing clear steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, and supporting evidence (screenshots, videos, logs).
- Verify bug fixes and conduct root-cause analysis to ensure complete resolution of issues.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including iOS developers, backend engineers, designers, and product managers, to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Support release processes by certifying that builds are ready for deployment and meet all quality gates.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, types, and processes (SDLC, STLC).
- Proven experience in creating clear and concise test documentation (test cases, bug reports, test plans).
- Experience in testing integrations with REST APIs using tools like Postman or Charles Proxy.
- Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and user experience.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English (B1+) for effective communication with the international team.
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or medical software development.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards and security testing principles.
- Prior experience working in a SaaS environment.
- Basic knowledge of automation tools or scripts (optional, but a plus).
