Role Description:
- Recruit warehouse staff and support cross-departmental collaboration
- Monitor team dynamics to ensure smooth daily operations
- Plan, manage, and optimize all logistics processes within the warehouse (goods receiving, shipping, and transportation)
- Implement and utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve economic efficiency
Qualifications:
- Professional experience in the warehousing
- Proficient in Chinese, with a working knowledge of either English or Polish
- In-depth knowledge of local warehouse workers and maintain good connections with them
- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills
- Well-organized and reliable, demonstrating a high level of commitment, flexibility, and resilience
- Forward-thinking, open to innovation and restructuring
