P&C ELC Specialist must ensure the efficient delivery of Employee LifeCycle services for the in-scope zones (1 large-sized market or 2 medium-sized markets minimum) to all stakeholders (entites, regions, employees) in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Maintance of the organizational Management data and employee lifecycle events maintenance according to corporate guidelines in SAP HR and local systems & handling of non-standard requests;
- Preparation of contractual agreements and letters in accordance with established templates & modification of the templates if needed;
Addressing all employee data related queries, updating employee data accordingly (bank details updates, personal data updates, etc.), if needed, creation of new standards for new requests; - Providing standard & complex administrative services (e.g. corporate credit cards);
- Performing necessary data quality controls & filing of the supporting documents;
- Providing standard and complex reports upon request;
- Identification of opportunities to standardize and improve in-scope processes.
- University degree (Bachelor or Master);
- 1-2 years experience in a multinational organization in a similar role, preferrably with hands on SAP HR experience, experience in an administrative role;
- Fluent in written and spoken Polish and English;
- Team work, proactivity, intercultural sensibility, flexibility;
- Attention to details and openness;
- Knowledge of HR processes;
- Knowledge of HR data maintenance systems;
- Knowledge of SAP and Experience in Service Now would be an advantage.
