P&C ELC Specialist must ensure the efficient delivery of Employee LifeCycle services for the in-scope zones to all stakeholders (entites, regions, employees) in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Ensure efficient delivery of services to all stakeholders from several markets in line with agreed Service Level Targets
- Provide quality and timely end-to-end service addressing employee needs across all P&C areas in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain employee lifecycle events according to the corporate and local guidelines in SAP HR, benefits and other in scope systems
- Identify areas for process improvements and standardization
- Capture and document new procedures, provide process improvements ideas
- 1 - 2 years experience in a multinational organization in a similar role
- SAP HR knowledge and/or Experience in administrative role is a must
- Profound knowledge of HR Administration, Organizational Management processes
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong Customer Service Mindset; excellent team player, open minded and flexible approach
