Project Assistant
The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support for project management activities, including financial and organizational aspects.
- Supporting teams in the coordination and management of projects;
- Coordinating and monitoring document workflows, contracts, notes, letters, reports and following up on related actions;
- Preparing and monitoring financial commitments, invoices, payment records and bank statements and other documentation;
- Preparing and processing procurement requests and reimbursement claims in accordance with applicable financial procedures;
- Preparing statistical data, reports, tables, charts and graphs;
- Tracking team working hours and processing expense reports.
- Education related to one of the following fields: administration, finance, information management, public relations, event organization, office logistics, project management;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or project support;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook);
- Very good command of written and spoken English (minimum B2 level);
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
- Knowledge of the EU financial regulatory framework;
- Experience in information and business management, finance, public procurement or accounting will be an advantage;
- Experience working with databases and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Acrobat Pro) or MS Office Publisher will be an asset;
- University degree in Journalism, Economics or Languages will be a strong asset.
