Job Description
- Introduce aAxle production launch at system level (complete eAxle: motor, inverter, reducer, park lock actuator) .
- Lead the concepts of the System Engineering Methodology/ Development Plan at R&D department level.
- Develop integration test scripts, track integration test effort and results and record test status, prepare requirements and validation reports.
- Conduct qualification, verification, and validation tests, define corrective actions.
- Resolving incidents, issues and providing bug fixes.
- Develop the system accordingly to clients and A-Spice Engineering Methodology standards.
- Support the project team member for system implementation and keep a critical eye regarding it.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in System Engineering in automotive or industrial applications.
- Proficiency in English and Polish.
- An engineer’s or master’s degree.
- Knowledge of modeling/simulation tools and requirement management tools.
- Knowledge of functional analysis/control software based on Vector solutions ( CANoe, CANalyser).
- A strong communicator and passionate about achieving the right solution for every customer.
- Willingness to work with international teams.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills.
