Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist (w/m)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for project and administrative roles,
- Build partnership and trusting relationship with hiring managers in understanding their staffing requirements,
- Source candidates globally and build talent pools using both mainstream and niche channels,
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience,
- Lead recruitment campaigns and employer branding activities (social media, conferences, fairs, meetups),
- Organize and perform onboarding process,
- Coordinate internal and external trainings and courses,
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives,
- Deliver regular reports and analyses to manager within assigned areas of responsibility.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR,
- Hands-on approach and ability to manage multiple processes,
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills,
- Good organization and attention to detail,
- Very good English (minimum B2),
- Willingness to work both operationally and project-based,
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Familiarity with eRecruiter system and AI Tools is a plus.
