Job description:
- With enthusiasm and professionalism, communicate with travelers by phone, chat, and email to make them feel heard and appreciated.
- Manage their hotel and flight reservations or car rentals.
- Protect travelers confidential data so they know their data is in good hands.
- Join a dynamic team where passion meets purpose, and work together to provide customers with professional service.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Dutch at C1 level and English at B2 level.
- Positive energy and proactivity.
- Desire to develop in the tourism industry.
