Workplace Office Manager (F/M/D)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office and workplace services by managing and overseeing services such as reception, cleaning, catering, and technical support;
- Resolve ongoing operational issues to ensure continuity of services while cooperating with building management and coordinating external service providers and subcontractors;
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors and monitor service delivery to ensure full compliance with SLAs/KPIs;
- Manage and optimize office space utilization and oversee workplace systems, including desk and parking reservations;
- Support office projects, such as new office setups, and implement improvements along with new workplace solutions to ensure a high-quality workplace experience for employees and visitors;
- Manage and control operational budgets by monitoring invoices and cost allocation while maintaining accurate operational documentation;
- Manage onsite teams, including reception, cleaning, and support services, to build team engagement and support employee development;
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders and organize internal events and employee engagement activities;
- Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders and prepare operational and performance reports;
- Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities to enhance overall reporting and communication standards.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Latest availability by July 1st, 2026;
- Fluency in English, enabling seamless daily business communication (C1);
- Proven experience in team management and the operational handling of high-standard office facilities;
- Ability to manage crisis situations and high resistance to stress, particularly during the launch phase of new projects;
- Excellent work organization, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills regarding reporting and budget control;
- High level of personal culture, and a professional presence;
- Proactivity and independence in identifying and solving operational issues.
