Administrative Assistant in Human Resources and Corporate Services Division / Corporate Services Unit / Building Projects Management Team
For our Client, we are looking for:
The description of duties is a presented below:
- Supporting the Permanent Premises Project with architectural and technical tasks under the guidance of the Project Manager
- Assisting in the review and coordination of design documentation (concept, building permit, technical and execution designs)
- Supporting the coordination with internal stakeholders, external designers and contractors
- Assisting in the preparation, consolidation and follow-up of technical comments, clarifications and meeting actions
- Supporting site-related activities, including preparation for site visits, inspections and progress monitoring
- Assisting in the preparation of technical notes, presentations, reports and basic drawings/diagrams
- Supporting document management, ensuring that project documentation is properly registered, organised and up to date
- Assisting with data collection and basic analysis related to areas, layouts, quantities or technical parameters
- Supporting the organisation of technical meetings and drafting minutes where required
- Providing general administrative and logistical support to the BPM team
- Education: successfully completed secondary education related to the business needs;
- Work experience: at least 1 year of professional experience in the specific area depending on the business needs;
- Computer skills: very good skills in the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Language skills: very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2) / knowledge of additional EU language.
